1. How do I order more portraits?After your original purchase with us, we will store images from your sitting online for 90 days from the sitting date. You can place a re-order online or by calling or emailing us after you have received your original order. If you place an order, we will keep your album online for another 90 days.2. How do you charge for services and productsWe have two ways of selling products and services. You may purchase a session voucher which gets your family in the studio and we create the entire production at very little cost to you the client. Once the production is complete you may then decide what images you would like to buy and how you would like them printed and framedor alternatively you may purchase one of our packages upfront so you know what your spending and what your taking home upfront. If you have your own ideas and requirements we will happily accommodate you as much as we possible. 3. Can I buy only the digital images I want?Yes once a production is complete you may purchase a minimum of 2 high resolution digitial images. We also offer a 15 Image CD and full production CD. We offer a full printing and framing service if you wish to create a beautiful piece of personalised wall art that you can treasure for years to come.4. How many people can I have in one sitting?Our studio can fit parties between 1 and 15 comfortably. We can do more, depending on the type of shoot. Please call us to discuss what you have in mind.5. How long will I have to wait to get my portraits after my viewing?Your finished portraits will be ready approximately 3 to 4 weeks after you place your order. Please refer to your order summary for your scheduled pick up date.6. Do I have to make an appointment for a shoot?Yes, we require appointments for all shoots and will do our best to accommodate you even after hours and weekends.7. Can I make a change to the order I placed in the studio?No, once you have placed an order, we are unable to change it mid-process. This is why we encourage you to spend some time when you make your selection at the viewing.8. What is your refund policy?Fuji Image Studios has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are substantially unhappy with the photos when you view them at the private screening, we will schedule another shoot. Once you have ordered and paid for your portraits, refunds are only considered in the event there are problems with the printing or framing.9. Can I get a portrait taken with my pet?Yes, absolutely! Please ensure that your pet is comfortable with being in new surroundings and that he/ she is on a leash when entering and leaving the studio.10. What are your studio hours?Tuesday – Friday 9-7pm (last shoot at 7pm)Saturday – Sunday 9-7pm (last shoot at 6pm) 11. Do you shoot on location at people’s houses?The reason we shoot most of our portraits in a studio is that we have full control over the light and so we can create the most flattering illumination. However, we also offer shoots at locations: Kirstenbosch, the world-renowned botanical gardens; Blouberg Strand, a beautiful beach with a postcard perfect view of Table Mountain in the background and Noordhoek Beach, miles of soft white sand and rolling waves.If you have another idea for your shoot, please contact us to discuss and we’ll do our best to make it happen. 12. I am a tourist can you turn around a production in 48hrs?Yes we do cater for tourists, usually a production takes a week, but for tourists we turn it all around within 48hrs, there is a small surcharge for the pressure put on the production team.
