Q: What is a virtual tour?
A: A virtual tour is a 360 degree view of a scene taken from a particular viewpoint. Several 360 degree scenes can be created in different rooms and then connected together through links allowing the user to take a complete tour of any space.



  
Q: What can I do with a virtual tour? 
A: Virtual tours add exciting interactivity to your website. It enables you to interactively view residential and commercial real estate, vehicles, restaurants and more.



  
Q: How do I pay for my virtual tour?
A: Payment is required upon completion. Account customers will be invoiced and required to pay within 28 days.



  
Q: What are the sizes of the virtual tours (i.e., how fast will they download)?
A: 360 degrees virtual tours download extremely fast. The virtual tours are from 80k to 100k and are downloaded within 15 seconds on a dial-up connection!



  
Q: Will viewers have to download additional software to view the virtual tours?
A: Our virtual tours use the latest technology. Flash is generally available by default on a user's web browser. In the unlikely event that it needs to be downloaded, it will take about a minute on a standard dial-up connection. See below for instructions.


 

Q: I cannot view the virtual tour
A Should you not be able to view a virtual tour, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

• User does not have flash installed on their computer or does not have the latest version installed. Click HERE to view our step by step instructions to install flash

• Users pop up blocker is blocking the virtual tour from opening. 


  
Q: Do I have to buy any cameras or software to get virtual tours?
A: No, Fuji Image Studios will take care of everything. Fuji Image Studios capture, process, host and distribute your virtual tour. You will simply be emailed a link to the virtual tour that you can add to your website or you will be emailed the virtual tour file that can be integrated into your website. 



 
  
Q: How do I order a virtual tour?
A: You can order a virtual tour via one of the following options:
• By using our online admin system

Remember we will need your address & contact details and the number and type of virtual tours.

Once your order has been received a Fuji Image Studios representative will call you to discuss and schedule your shoot.




  
Q: Do I have to be present at my property when the photographer is shooting my virtual tour?
A: No, you don't have to be present during the shooting of your virtual tour, provided you have made prior arrangements for the photographer to have access to the property and the property is in a tidy state.



 
 
Q: How long does it take for a photographer to shoot a virtual tour?
A: It usually takes just 45-60 minutes for a photographer to shoot a full virtual tour of four scenes. We ask that you have the property ready for shooting at the time of the appointment.



  
Q: May I decide what shots I want in my virtual tour?
A: Yes, you may choose any scenes or rooms to be represented in the virtual tour of each property.



  
Q: When will my virtual tour be delivered?
A: A link will be sent to you 1 – 3 days after the shoot for your approval. Once payment has been made the virtual tour file will be delivered. 



  
Q: What do I need to do to ensure my holiday/rental property is ‘photo ready’?
A: If the virtual tours are required for your hotel/guesthouse/holiday accommodation property, we highly recommend that the following guidelines are followed:


• Cleaning the property and grounds ensuring it is photo ready
• The prepping and styling of the property (flowers, champagne, fruit bowls, etc)
• Ensure duvets and table cloths are not creased and beds are made properly
• The laying out and styling of patio / dining areas
